just an update on the flowers. my mum has been in the flowers now for nearly 3 years and she is very settled and we wouldn't have her any where else. sally and tracey are fantastic and well organised , everyone of the staff are lovely and very caring, my mum is very well fed and always looks nice, she has her hair done her feet done. lovely fresh flowers all over the home, I would 100% recommend the flowers

I have spent much time looking for a bed for my Mother and finally found this exceptional care home. It exceeds all requirements and smells heavenly..
Everything about it is exceptional, the staff in their lovely uniforms, the residents, clean and cared for in an environment that is bright and positive, with everything they could wish for.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Flowers to anyone who needs care for their parents.

my mum has been in the flowers for 7 months and we are as a family feel she is safe. it has taken a while to accept my mum is in the flowers. we looked round a few places and this is the best, keep up the fantastic work

Today I came to have a look around the flowers home for my Dad.I was slightly nervous as I had not made an appointment and this Is still all quite new to me.The girl in the office was ever so polite,especially the care manager & home owner as I could see they were very busy yet they gave me their time and answered all my questions an gave me advice which made me feel at ease.I got shown around the home which is a lovley place and all the staff in the building are very friendly.it has such a homely feel to the home and my mind is at ease knowing my dad would be in safe hands here.I was slightly disappointed after my tour of the building to find there is no vacancies at the moment but they have put him on their waiting list and I am going bring him along to the day care centre.I have been to many care homes but the flowers wins hands down. No other home has been as warm and welcoming as this even more so without an appointment so thank you very much it was so easy to help me finally make a decision for my dads new home x

my mum went into the flowers today to live, and we feel so at ease and knew it was the right decision, she needs company and activities to keep her busy,the room is lovely so is all the staff and feel she will be so happy at the flowers

went to look round flowers with my dad with a view to my mum going to live there, its a lovely lovely place and as soon as we went in we knew this was the place for my mum, the staff were nice and cared a lot
My grandma is currently a day-care resident it is a comfort to know that she can come to The flowers each week have her hair done this is a big part of her weekly routine to which she was at risk going out in the community she now still has her independence with safety.
She enjoys her weekly trip to The Flowers and I know she always eats well while shes there and hopefully if there is a vacancy I will be using the flowers in the new year for respite Keep up the good work !!

Came to look around the home with a view to finding a specialist home for my mother. Lisa the manager who showed me around the home, was lovely and very understanding of my mothers needs and requirements. I was impressed with the care staff and additional staff, you could not help but feel the genuine caring atmosphere throughout the home. The communal areas were very homely and well thought out. Unfortunately for myself and my mother the home is currently full, however I have placed our details onto the waiting list. I hope a place comes available soon.

I have just been to visit the flowers and want to share the fantastic experience that I have had. All of my fears (which were many) went when I entered the building. The atmosphere of calmness and NO SMELL hit me straight away and the lady that opened the door was so polite and approachable.
My Mother has dementia and the thought of having to put her in a home is terrifying especially with all of the horror stories you hear both in the media as well as from other people I know who have been or are in my position. Let me just reassure you by saying, don't judge all homes by this negativity, go and see for yourself as I have done and I am so glad I have. Top marks!
